I needed a new railing as my old railing had stability issues, it was old and started to fall apart. I'm a big guy, so I needed something strong and secure. To make a long story short Devon's crew showed up 3 days late (It was winter and the snow was deep so I don't entirely blame them) but it felt like I was being put off. Anyway they eventually showed up, did their install and I paid in full. About a week later some spindles started to fall out and it took over a month to get it rectified.

DLG was great. We hired them to install railings for our basement stairs as well as upgrade the upstairs railings to match. Devon was great in providing insight and reccomendations. We described our idea and he made it happen. The guys were punctual and clean. They said it would be day and they were right. We couldn't be happier with our choice of DLG.

First of all I have to tell you: we've been looking for this kind of professional for a long time. Luckily we found these guys. Devon came over on Sunday (!) to do a quote for us. He seemed (and yes, he is) very professional and knowledgeable. The quote was very fair, so our work started in less than a week. Devon's team is responsible and hardworking. It was done in 2 days, despite the fact that we had to replace railings for all 3 floors!! And yes, they cleaned everything after themselves. No words would be enough for me to describe how great our railings look like now!! Love them! Thank you, guys, great job!

I had my honey oak railings removed from my main floor stair case and upgraded to medium oak with iron spindles. Devon and his team were amazing! From start to finish the project was completed without a hitch. His team is professional and extremely talented. My railings look amazing! I have only positive reviews for Devon and his crew. Thank you for giving me a gorgeous new stair railing.
