this is a great company.....Keith and his team came in did exactly what they said they would do, Fast and friendly service , our new bathroom looks great... great workmanship!!!. we never had an issues with any mess as they cleaned up every day and most importantly they were on time and stayed on budget! they made the whole process easy!! great work guys!!

I contacted Keith after researching online and reading the numerous five star reviews that RenosGroup were receiving from their clients. My bathroom needed to be completely gutted from top to bottom - this involved removing an old whirlpool tub, vanity plus old flooring - and installing a walk-in shower and new ceramic tiling throughout. The job RenosGroup did was fantastic and I couldn't be more happier with my newly renovated bathroom! Not only did those involved do an excellent job, but they were also great to deal with: reliable, cooperative, and professional and I always felt they went the extra mile for me. Highly recommended!

We hired Renos Group to renovate our basement this past summer. (Removing some existing walls, rewiring, new ceiling and flooring, redoing bathroom and creating new storage areas) When still at the stage of getting estimates and coming up with design options, I was first attracted to Renos Group because of the usability of their website through which I could quickly book an appointment for an estimate.
Though their costs were slightly higher than some of the other contractors we met with, we decided to go with Renos Group for several reasons:
• We liked Keith’s friendly, confident yet easy going attitude.
• We liked the very detailed estimate Keith gave us, clearly outlining both the administrative, labour and material costs as well as the amount of time required for each area/section of the project to be completed
• They were insured and the work was fully guaranteed.
• We appreciated the company’s flexibility in allowing us do some of the work (such as painting) ourselves; to purchase some of the materials ourselves when we could get them at a discount; and to modify our plans a couple of times once the project got underway. All of this helped us to save on costs in the long run.
Once the work began, there were of course some issues that cropped up. At times, some of the workers didn’t turn up as expected and at times reaching Keith was difficult. But, we found most of the crew to be courteous, dedicated, trustworthy and reliable. I had no issues leaving them alone in our home while I attended to other things. One of the workers, Adel, was especially professional, often coming early and not leaving until a particular job was done to his satisfaction, making up for the shortcomings of some of the others. Despite the minor glitches, the basement was completed pretty much on schedule and Keith provided us with updated quotes whenever some of the plans or choice of materials changed. He would not accept final payment until all of the work was completed to the last detail.
We are very pleased with our final, finished basement and recommend Renos Group for home renovation projects.

We hired RenosGroup to do a complete gut job of our bathroom, including taking down some walls and expanding the footprint of the room. They did an outstanding job. We had a lot of specific ideas and the owner, Keith, managed to give us exactly what we'd envisioned. There were no dragged out timelines, no sudden jumps in cost, and Keith was onsite himself. Super responsive, good communication, all around a great experience. I'd hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired RenosGroup to fully renovate our kitchen and main floor (living room, dining room). From our first meeting until the end of the project, Keith and his team were courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. They quickly worked to understand our needs and got started right away on creating our design, along with the cost of each particular item. We had our kitchen completely gutted and redesigned, and our main bathroom partially upgraded. Now, I would like to firstly state that renovations are very emotional and stressful on a family with 2 small children. I realize I was not an easy client. However, despite me losing my head a few times, I can honestly say that Keith and his crew maintained the most pleasant, confident and calm demeanor throughout the entire project. (The minute you meet Keith, you can feel that he is genuine and he was exceptionally patient with all my questions and constant badgering.)

Keith was extremely responsive to emails, and he was on site every day to ensure that the job was running smoothly. Any hiccups along the way were dealt with promptly and he was always happy to accommodate and offer various alternatives.

I am very happy to know that not only was my home renovated with the utmost care by RenosGroup, but they also used reputable and trustworthy specialists (engineer, electrician), obtaining the appropriate permits, and following all building codes to the letter.

Although we opted to not live in the home during the majority of the renovations, we did stop in daily and we were very pleased with the manner in which our home/personal belongings were respected, and kept tidied.

I would be very comfortable in hiring RenosGroup again for future work and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to deal with an easy-going and honest contractor.

It has been a couple of months since the renovations have been completed and we could not be happier with the results.
Keith was a very easy person to deal with regardless of the situation.
Great attention to details and and treated our home like his own.
Even with a problem not caused by him around the front door...Keith was very supportive and arranged his time to accommodate the longer time frame for the door to arrive.
Never felt that regardless of the challenges that our house threw at him there was always a sense of confidence and calmness.
Keith and his team were committed from the start of the project and that never wavered.
I would definitely hired Renosgroup for any other upcoming projects no matter how large.
