I would highly recommend that you ask many questions before booking a job with this company. Many of the "trades" used were not qualified and had NEVER worked with Tom before (these people were procured off Kijjiji) Overall a very poor experience and qualify of work is less than acceptable.

We hired Tom last summer to remove our existing porch and build an all new one from scratch. From beginning to end, Tom was great to work with. He worked with us to keep our project on budget, managed to address all unforeseen issues along the way (like correcting the shoddy work of previous contractors) and the quality of his work was truly excellent. Tom takes pride in the quality of his work and it shows. Thanks Tom!
