Replaced windows in 2 bedrooms
We have an older bungalow with several windows that needed to be changed, after doing some comparative shopping we decided to go with Ralph’s company, because he had all the samples that we could look at and see what are the pros and cons of each window type, Ralph was very informative and made several recommendations that were very helpful. Overall he made an effort to help us find the best solution and not just make a quick sale like some of the other companies that just rush you into signing a contract with them.
Windows took about 4-5 weeks to manufacture after we signed the contract and paid the down payment. Once windows were manufactured, Ralph scheduled an appointment for installation and everything was done in one day, they installed 2 windows (by the way, we went with “brick-to-brick” installation, which is the way to go, it totally worth the money) and updated the casing on existing windows to match the design of the new windows we installed.
