Stiven started the job (just dug a big hole by the side of my house), asked for $1000 up front and then told me weather was not ideal to finish properly re dampness. ONE YEAR later I still have a hole with no job completed. Today, after innumerable promised dates to finish and yet another no-show I thought it best to warn others with regard to my experience - what a nightmare of a contractor ...
