Tar And Chip Ottawa

This is not a product suited for our climate. The driveway was installed by Tar and Chip 2 years ago. At first it looked great however Mother Nature i.e. Winter is a problem. Driveways need to be plowed and this is where the product falls short as it does not withstand driveway clearing. It is a constant worry to ensure that clearing companies do not clear the snow too close to the surface. The product should be more robust but it is not. I do not recommend this product, better to have your driveway paved.
