Contract work is great, they have always met our expectations. A solid work force and well trained; Jason the superintendent that we deal with is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have had 12 doors installed, from manual to motor controlled, explosion proof and regular items. Each product installed correctly, non functional/warranty items replaced with no hassle.

A company that just gets it done. Thanks to all the crews that came out to Ft.Sask industrial plant, I will always recommend the products to home owners and to commercial and industrial customers.

Safety was top notch and CD was able to meet and sometimes exceed the stringent site regulations, as well as adapting to the ever changing conditions and location on site.

One of the cables on my garage door broke and required repair over the weekend. I phoned at 8:30 on Saturday morning and within 2 hours the job had been completed. Darren was extremely courteous and efficient - a real pleasure to deal with.

One of my cables on my garage door broke one evening. I called them the next day at 8:30am and I needed the door to be fixed the same day before 2pm. Even with a tight deadline, they were able to accommodate it. They came and fixed it in no time and was done before the deadline of 2pm.

Our overhead door would not close tight on one side, called and made appointment, technician should up on time, found defective parts and replaced, serviced door, we were very happy with the service from the first call to completion, would recommend this company and Daniel the technician any time. Excellent customer service from setting up the appointment through to the service call. The technician Darin showed up on time, did not try to sell me something I didn't need and patiently answered all my questions in terms I could easily understand. The best part, the horrible squealing noise is gone!

Telephone staff were excellent and service supplied was professional and quick. Nate was the service fellow. He was pleasant and explained exactly what the problem was in terms I could understand. He called when he was ten minutes away, which was appreciated. Price was very fair.

Garage door broke. Called 4-5 business. 1 came but couldn't fix it. Creative Door sent Darrin who resolved the door in 30 minutes including greasing and other tips for me how to make sure it lasts long.
I recommend Creative Door and Darrin specifically who was very professional and funny :-)

We've had a great experience with Creative Door! They were extremely flexible with scheduling our install - we had a number of delays with other contractors missing deadlines which delayed our timing for the garage doors to be installed. Creative Door was extremely accommodating, professional and helpful each time we had to call to change the schedule. They have been extremely responsive with any question or concern and we've appreciated it so much. Our garage doors were installed yesterday and they look awesome. Exactly what we wanted. We've been dealing with a ton of contractors over the last few months and our interaction with Creative Door has been refreshing! I have no hesitation recommending them.

We visited the Edmonton store service department and received very helpful advice from Jeff. He took the time to look over our damaged parts and explain what needed to be done to repair the garage door and also what parts could be salvaged. We appreciated his effort in helping us and in being resourceful for us. This level of service is exceptional. The other staff members we talked to were polite and helpful as well.
