It started with Joe coming by and helping me chose my BEAUTIFUL windows and giving me the details of the energy ratings and lifetime warranty. It takes 14 weeks to get the windows in, so they Joe call every week to give an update of where they were in production and advised when they were ready to get us on the schedule for installation. The installers are so polite and leave the areas looking better than they found them. Alex, replaced every window in my home in 2 days and made this final phase of my window purchase the best it could be. EVERYONE at Panorama Windows takes pride in the company and work together reflecting the efforts.
