I made an emergency called Ultimate home services because the main floor tenant (bakery) was having water leaking from ceiling at the back of the store. I put it in an emergency call and they arrive the same day. Jason was able to follow the leak that was travelling through the walls building to the main floor. He located hole around chimney and was able to repair the hole that same day. Awesome Job!

I called Jason when I notices water dripping from the ceiling , he came in an hour, cover the area with tarp and came back a few days later with great professional crew . Roof was done in 10 hours , looking great, area around a house clean. Warranty provided in writing as agreed. Will highly recommend.

In less than 24 hour turn around time Jason and his team were able to assess, fix and replace missing roof shingles from our house. He is super friendly, informative and professional.
