Had used this company for another job with no issues so thought we would hire them to seal basement. First person for quote was a no show and no call from them to advise. Another person came and we agreed on services. Once crew came it became apparent there was a language barrier so asked them to get Jerry (owner) to call..was told he is too busy. We have since called office to have Jerry call, been a couple weeks - no call. Crew missed areas to seal, switched the products used for the job and did not advise and then wrecked some drywall and then denied it was them however, had before and after pics, was told by salesman that it is "collateral damage". Same crew came back to complete some areas that were missed. Only after I mentioned again that we wanted a new piece of drywall that they went back to their vehicle to get the piece. We will have to repair the areas ourselves as the wall was part of a storage area that was not ready to have them install it.
Definitely this experience was very disappointing to say the least.

Former owners put in interior waterproofing which every other company has said is ineffective and actually creating harm to the foundation. Terrible company and products, unresponsive and irresponsible! Highly recommend NOT using them.

Jake and Paul were very professional. They called in advance with their arrival time. The installation was successfully completed in a timely manner. They were very polite and explained what we have to do in the following months. They cleaned up the basement where they were working.

When we called this company for an estimate, they came the next day. The sales man was amazing he made us feel comfortable, we decided to go with the company rather than shop around. Within 3 weeks we were booked and ready to start. Jake and his team were amazing to work with. Jake went above and beyond. Every day they kept us up to date with what was happening. It took them less than a week to get the work done. I have noticed a big difference in our basement. Mold free and breathing is a lot better. I will use them again. Thanks Jake and team
