We were more than satisfied with every single thing about Ivano - he returned my initial call before I could even finish leaving him a message. He came over to show us what was available and to measure, the next day, and promised the blinds would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Two and a half weeks later, they were all installed! He took the old blinds away, did a beautiful job installing all the new ones, even cleaning a twenty foot high window for us, before putting up the new blind!! He provided such excellent advice - it has never been so easy to choose colours, design, style - it really was painless! You honestly could not ask for a nicer, more professional, meticulous businessman to deal with. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a beautiful end result.
