Park Homes

I received a property levy of $1600 from my property management to pay for defects in grading in our parking lot. Apparently Park Homes didn't even get approval from the city of Edmonton when they performed their landscaping and grading, and after just 5 years, over $220 000 of damage has resulted. Park Homes offered a mere $45 000 settlement which we were told was the only option that didn't result in a lengthy court case and exorbitant legal costs. The remainder of the cost is being split over the tenants of my complex (my portion being over $1600). ).
