Oleg IS the best in the city. He always comes on time and does a perfect job everyday. After being screwed over by our previous floor contractor, we were in a difficult situation, Oleg came to the rescue. He did a good job levelling the floor and saved us a lot of headache by being super skillful at what he does.
Oleg is also Mr.Youcandoityourself on YouTube. Look him up and you will be convinced he is the one you should call.
