We called Eco Abate as we had some water damage and wanted to ensure everything was mitigated before we started renos. Scott was prompt to arrange an visit to perform an assessment. He looked thoroughly at affected areas and explained in detail what he was looking for. He looked closely at the walls with IR and took air samples. He also took a sample off the subfloor of one of the most affected areas for analysis. Scott let us know later that day that everything was good and with a recommendation for cleaning the subfloor to ensure nothing would become active again. The next day we received a detailed report of the findings. We really appreciate the piece of mind Scott has given us and are grateful for his professionalism and expertise and great customer relations. We would definitely call Eco Abate again if we needed such services in the future. Thanks Scott!
