The service man called me back regarding my garage door would not close. But it opened. I asked for a quote and he said that he could not give me one. It all depended on what needed repairs. So I agreed. When he came, he wiggled the wires on the right hand side then walked to the other side of the garage and with one hand touched the wires. Then he brought the ladder and looked at the motor by the ceiling? Not touching it and said that it was in order. When er tested the garage doors? It worked and the garage opener closed the doors. This morning however, the garage door refused to close. I called the manager and told me that they charged me $160 for a 5 minute job. He actually did not do anything but touched or adjusted the wires by the sides. The manager was very rude and a smart mouth in an unpleasant way. At the end he said that he is sending another service man between one and 4 pm. No one showed up and no one called to let us know that they could not make it. Now I am out $160 and have to call someone else to get it repaired.

Called B&W for a quote to install a new door and motor and replace all existing tracks. Jason P. responded quickly with a quote and was prompt to respond to questions. B&W also promptly installed the new door. The installation team was professional and did the job right. Overall, very pleased with the whole experience.

We hired B n w to replace our existing garage door. They not only installed it incorrectly, they damaged the existing motor and forced me to buy a new one from them. I asked them to repair my damaged part and they never returned. I was left with a broken and unsecured garage door. Buyer beware.

I called bnw for assistance, a tech called me back within moments advising he could arrive in by 6pm. The problem was quickly diagnosed, my options were provided and, upon selection, the work was fully executed by 7pm. From the time I noticed I had a problem to bnw solving it completely, roughly 4 hours had passed. Exceptional, professional service from Hernan, quality products in stock and lighting fast response times! Highly recommend the products and services available. 5 star transaction.

I called 3 companies for a repair to a malfunctioning garage door. B & W called back in 15mins, the other 2 still haven’t got back to me. Dan the technician was onsite within an hour, identified the problem immediately and had our garage door repaired in 30mins at the price quoted. Excellent service.

We contacted this company to install a garage door, they took a $3,000.00 deposit and have every excuse to not install the door ie: framing for the door, our drywall wasn’t complete which didn’t affect the project and electrical was not complete but we are more than capable of connecting power when finished. The owner was rude and asked if we wanted him to throw the material on the floor and install it ourself. Then the owner proceeded to say he wasn’t going to do our job and to find someone else. We requested our $3,000.00 be returned and still have not received it. We have also asked to see their prepaid contractors license and business license several times and have yet to receive them. We have now have no choice but to get the police involved to get our deposit back. I would not recommend this company based on client service and dishonesty.

Called B&W, Dan the technician called back to book an appointment. Came within 2 hours and fixed a new spring. The garage door is back in good working condition. Excellent communication and technical expertise

came very fast to fix our broken garage door that I had backed up into . He did an excellent job! Very well done . Honest and fair priced . Would highly recommend. Thanks for your work. My door looks brand new .

B&W is a great company to work with. They have been attentive to my repair needs in the past, provided fast service, are courteous, and have provided skilled technicians to complete the work. They are also reasonable priced. After 40 years, I finally have had to have my garage door and door opener replaced. Jason, the manager, was great to deal with, and Ryan, the technician who did the work, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He new exactly what needed to be done, how to do it, and installed the new door and opener very efficiently. He was also very conscientious about ensuring that the clean-up and disposal of the old door and opener was completed properly. I probably won't need to use B&W again for awhile but If I do, they will be the first company that I call. I would recommended them to anyone. Duane Poulton
