Triumph Carpet Cleaning

Terrible company. Would not clean my basement carpets because they have a company policy that you have to lock your dogs outside in the garden for the 3 hours it takes them to clean the carpets. There is a door to the basement which would have been closed also the dogs are not allowed in the basement it is where my son lives. I have a soft golden retriever and an even softer pitbull / german pointer. There is nothing on their website to let you know they have this policy. The man walked out saying we would not be getting our money back well in your face because Living Social refunded my money.

Carpet Cleaning Service

I am an 87 yr old widowed female who booked and prepaid for Triumph to clean my carpets in Dec 2013 on a special promotion. I was advised that heavy furniture didn't need to be moved so I had my daughter help me move the dining room chairs, coffee table and other lighter furniture that could be lifted and where I wanted the carpets cleaned. When the technician came he immediately started to get huffy and got upset because we hadn't moved any of the heavy furniture and he couldnt clean close to the furniture ie armchair, dining table etc. However I didnt need those areas to be cleaned since no one would be walking under the heavy furniture and a good tech would leave a bit of distance between the wand and wood legs or put pads under the feet so there is no bleeding. Rather than speak to us in a professional calm manner to discuss where we wanted him to clean and where he didnt need to clean, he started to give us heck . So while he was getting his equipment we moved a piece of furniture into the hallway since the kitchen was already full with the dining room chairs etc. When he came back he got mad at us again raising his voice because he said we were blocking the hallway yet he would still have room to move his equipment around which was not a truck mounted steamer or even a heavy duty commercial looking cleaner. He would not listen to us and got into an argument with my daughter when she tried to reason with him so he left without doing ANY work! When we called the company, I think the person who answered as the manager may have been the same person who came to do the work as he was very hesitant about providing us any information. My daughter called back another time and a female answered this time and advised us we could rebook another appointment but would charge me more money for the tech to come back. Seriously?? This company has ripped off a senior citizen on a limited income.
