The steps to my front door needed to be mortared. I had the work done a couple years ago, and it did not last. The Avenue Road guys were knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and assured me it would be done correctly this time. In the end, it looked like a great job, something that would last more than just a couple of years.

I am very pleased with the excellent work that Avenue Road Masonry completed at our home! The work included replacing damaged bricks at the back of our house, repairs to a back corner on the foundation, and parging on back and front areas of our house. Avenue Road did an excellent job rebuilding the chimney of our 1885 Parkdale Victorian. Robert and his team went above and beyond as this was a tricky job with little space between the houses. I highly recommend Avenue Road for your masonry needs! These folks are absolute professionals.

Couldn't be happier with the crew at Avenue Road Masonry! we were in need of filling a hole were a door once existed and had been covered by siding below a bay window. Chris came out just as the cold weather was setting in to look at what we needed, made some great recommendations and provided clear quotes on everything. Once we were set to go, the guys came out and quickly filled the hole in our wall with new masonry, removing old bricks as needed and putting up the new wall and sill. They even installed a few courses above our new window where it was previously plywood. They set up a tent overnight to keep the wall warm as the mortar set and returned in the morning to check to make sure it was all completed and cleaned up. Couldn't have asked for a more polite and professional crew. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to contact Avenue Road Masonry again!

Great repair job after a hard winter with snow, ice and salt took a toll on the front steps!

The work down one side of our exterior basement wall was done quickly and thoroughly, with old crumbling cement promptly removed and extra pointing done to the bricks above the stone foundation. The finished parging is the texture of velvet, with crisp edges. It makes the colour grey seem like a designer choice. We are very happy.

Punctual , respectful ,communicative ,knowledgeable, neat , efficient are the adjectives applicable to the two men who worked on the chimney.
We liked that the foreman came later to oversee the progress of the job and shared the current status with us as well as the procedure still needed to complete the job.

Older home in Toronto needed repairs to brick, removal of some bricks & new ones installed, a door lintel installed & new brick arch above lintel installed, removal of concrete section around soon tube, patch/repair soon tube, etc. Chris from Avenue Rd. Mason provided quote and answered every question I had. Prompt email correspondence from Chris and Robert.
