Quicksilver Appliance Service

My Kenmore dryer came up with a F-01 code and would not start. My best friend told me about Quicksilver Appliance Service. I called Rick and he was able to come by the next day. From what I had told him he knew there was something wrong with the control board. After he tock it apart he called me down to take a look. I could see a burn mark on the back of the board. When he said a new control board was $280.00 plus a labour charges I was seriously considering buying a new dryer. He gave me another option he could re solder the heater relay to the board as there was a good chance of success and other technicians had done this with good results. He could not guarantee the repair would last, but two months later this inexpensive repair is still holding up. I will not hesitate to call Quicksilver Appliance Service again.

My washing machine was over filling and the dryer was squeaking. I was able to get excellent fast service at a reasonable price. Rick was very helpful. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

We were referred to Rick for our Bosch dishwasher problems, as not everyone will repair a Bosch. Rick was not only able to come out that afternoon, but he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us tips to prevent it from happening again, and did several checks to help ensure that the problem was truly fixed. He was also super friendly and professional. Will definitely call him again if anything comes up with any of our appliances. Glad we have his number!
