Built a new house and Premium helped from the roughin to the finish. Great on-time service, great product, great outcome. These guys are pros!

I certainly did NOT have a positive experience with #premiumhomeservicesinc.. i requested service on my fireplace Rob repaired some minor items by tightening some screws and charged me a diagnostic fee?? of $ 152.55! the fireplace did not work the next day!
He did tell me that unit needed another part and i sent him the model# details he requested. Frequent calls and an email were ignored for weeks
Without any response from them, i told them I would prefer to move forward with the repair with another contractor.

Both technicians were absolutely amazing!! Friendly, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this company and already have done so:)

We had an AC that wasnt working right, after the winter. Given the heat, we needed it fixed right away. Premium responded within a few minutes to my request and setup a visit. They came over and fixed the issue within half an hour. Fast and responsive.

Installed gas line for my standby generator. Clean install. Left no mess. Wouldn't have know they were there

I had Rob and his crew come in to replace my thirty year old furnace and A/C unit. He went over my old unit and gave me all the options to move forward. "Newly installed furnace (6 months old) had a manufacturing defect, as a result, the unit leaked gas and other installation issues which caused to be hazardous & made the inside rust. The original installer procrastinated over 1 month and did not honour the manufacturing no hassle warranty nor his installation. After 1 month of no cooperation from original installer, I contacted the manufacturing who referred me to Premium Home Services as an authorized dealer. From the first call that I made to their offices, I received an action plan on their approach. The office assistant kept me informed, their lead installer followed up and provided us with a regular status.
