First time Hired Dave and company for deck completion around a hot-tub and rock (2002). Amazing work with completed project within projected timeframe (approx. 1-2 weeks).
Hired again in 2006 for master bedroom Reno.(closets, built-in desk, electric fireplaces/bookcase, floor trim, ceiling trim, doors, etc) - once again, amazing finished product with home-owners vision maintained!
3rd time hired in 2013, to remedy a basement leak problem - cleanup, renovate wall/flooring but with minimal costing in preparation for house resale.

I hired Dave Jukes and DMJ Construction to renovate my basement in 2006. The project included putting a side entrance, upgrading main power to 200 amps, putting in kitchen and washroom. That project was completed as expected.
In summer 2013 I hired DMJ Construction again to take down the load bearing wall between kitchen and the living room to have open concept kitchen. They also completely renovated two washrooms. I am very satisfied with their work and will highly recommend if anyone is looking to get upgrades to their house done.
