I had Certa Pro paint my house about 14 yrs ago It looked great to begin with but now the facer boards are black with mould and paint is peeling off the trim. I have had the peek at the back of the house hand painted twice. I don't think Certa Pro did 2 coats. The black started about 4 yrs ago but due to covid I am just getting quotes to have the house repainted. The house next door looks great, it was painted at the same time as mine. The painters I am asking for quotes now can only suggest that nothing was cleaned and primed sufficiently. It will now cost me a significant amount more to have the house repainted.

I should let you know that normally in Vancouver, people paint they homes every 7-10 years. Though it is not uncommon for parts of the house to be painted more often, the trim tends (usually every 7 years) to take more of a beating vs the body of the house (usually every 10 years) and do I have some customers who will paint the one side of their house every 5 years if they have dark colours due to fading if that side is south facing and pretty exposed.
