Over the course of three 12+ hour days, Landmark Roofing’s crew of Rob, Jake, Adam and Graham replaced my old cedar roof with Certainteed Landmark TL shingles; the built-in gutters and a skylight. From my first meeting with company owner David Leite I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I received a detailed written quote as well as addresses where I could view various roof colours, products and the Company’s workmanship. I appreciated David’s recommendations. He reassured me that his crew is the best and I can wholeheartedly attest to their punctuality, politeness, work ethic and professionalism. The guys were friendly and didn’t hesitate at explaining what stage they were at or what was left to do. They carefully protected the site for product delivery (the crane operator was really good too!) and the demo process and cleaned up the property at the end of each day. When the roof was finished they put the planters and patio furniture back in place. I couldn’t have asked for a better roofing experience and know that I choose the right company for this project. Raccoon damaged a 50 year enviro type shake roof. David Lette President of Landmark Roofing was one of the only roof companies that cared, wished to do the work and responded immediately to our roof being open to the elements. His standards are very high, ethical, professional and caring. Identified some quality original shake product problems assisted way beyond what one would expect to resolve it. I would definitely recommend him and my wife and I would call him first whenever we require roof work. If you try him I believe you will write a similar review to this.

We recently hired Landmark Roofing to replace our cedar roof with Certainteed Landmark Shingles. David and his crew handled the job in a highly professional manner and we’re truly satisfied with the new roof and the cleanup job done after. The crew arrived on time everyday and worked extremely hard to finish the job by the deadline. David replied promptly (and in details) to every question we had and was able to deliver everything that was listed in the quote. I will not hesitate to contact Landmark Roofing again if we had to do another re-roofing job years later, and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!!

We chose Landmark Roofing after comparing all the roofing products out there and setting on Certainteed's Landmark Series shingle. The warranty they were providing through the company as a Shinglemaster made the chosing the product a no-brainer. So with that in mind, we went on the certaineed website and found a list of approved shinglemasters. We interviewed about a half dozen based on reviews on Homestars and found them to be very competitive in price. David made us feel confident in the job that they were going to do and quickly communicated with us whenever we had questions. He worked with our tight schedule due to work, weather and an upcoming vacation trip and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew showed up on time and finished our house in 2 days. Each day we came home to a clean driveway and had a quality roof in a short time! Due to a minor accident, a tool was dropped from the roof causing some damage in our ceiling inside. David quickly came over that evening and scheduled a repair. Our home now looks great inside and out! We highly recommend Landmark based on our experience with them!

I was very skeptical of anyone doing my roof as I quite honestly have not seen anyone I trusted. I called about 8 companies to give me a quote and asked many other people for their opinions. I had several show up and others did not, or made no effort to give me a detailed estimate or any kind of follow up. They ranged from 10,400- 21,000. That is a concern right there. What are the shortcuts? David from "Landmark Roofing" was priced in the middle and was the first one to arrive. The impression right from the first meeting was, this is the company I will use. His professionalism, knowledge and courtesy were a seller. The only thing that concerned me is that he had only been in business one year, but he assured me that this was his livelihood and he would not jeopardize that. I added some extra's along the way and that the only difference in the original quote. The crew were top notch and always made very effort to communicate any questions or concerns I had along the way. They were prompt, respectful and friendly and fast. David obviously chose the best of the best for his crew. The quality of work far surpasses anything I've seen in our neighborhood. This is a company that will go far with building that kind of reputation. I highly recommend "Landmark Roofing" to any one looking for quality and peace of mind.
