Replacement of outdoor bibbs & water noise
My husband and I are grateful for Jeff's professional assistance in resolving our plumbing issues. We had two outdoor bibbs that were leaking, it was wasting water and time when gardening. We thought we had water hammer problem for more than 5 years! Different contractors and plumbers came to diagnose the problem but failed. Jeff able to pin point the problem and fixed it!! I really appreciate he put extra time and effort to explain to us and to resolve our problems. Now, our home is so peaceful without hearing any noise each time we turn off/on water, or when doing laundry. Jeff helped to remove a water pressure meter that was previously installed by another plumber which was useless and wasting money to install in the first place. He also guided us to request a replacement part from the manufacturer and we did receive it!
