Had a malfunctioning drain valve on my water heater, and made an appointment through the very easy online booking system. Jeff showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem, while taking me through the work. He was honest, professional, and the work was top notch. I’d highly recommend the Great Plumbing Co. to anyone who needs a job either big or small.
