Replacement of old AC that was 31 years old
Old AC stopped working last week - called Gary right away as he is our go-to furnace repair guy. We spoke & decided that we needed a bit bigger AC unit.
Gary & his sons showed up at the house 2 days later as they had previous commitments & installed the new AC unit that afternoon - just in time for another couple of Hot days.
Gary was referred to me by a friend and we have been using him ever since to repair our furnace & AC. He has installed a new furnace for us in the last few years, along with the recent AC unit.
He is fair in his analysis of problem and resolution.
He has twice worked out a payment plan that works for both of us -
which is always an added bonus.
