Steve was one of the first to reply to my request and came to the house within two hours. He worked for almost two hours dealing with a very stubborn drain. In the end it cleared. Steve was very personable and efficient and would recommend his services.

I've hired YCE in the past, and I was satisfied with the work Alex did. This time I got Stephen, and his attention to detail and quality did not meet my expectations. I provided some escutcheon plate covers - but he forgot to install about half of them. The toilet bolt caps were just set on top of the bolts, unsecured because he neglected to install the plastic washers to which the caps snap on to. I corrected a few other things on my own instead of calling him back because I was having doubts about his work (redid teflon tape on shower head as it was dripping, and added a washer to stop wobbling of shower mixing valve handle). Maybe he was in a rush or distracted. He was nice, and the price was good, so I guess I got what I paid for. After I made the above corrections, everything is fine.

The shower handle came off and as it was quite old definitely a little more complicated to repair. Steve arrived on time as promised, repaired the issue saving us additional replacement cost. Was efficient and left everything clean and in order. Would definitely use again as well as refer!

Alex is very professional, courteous, and accommodating. We had an issue with our drain that needed to be inspected by camera. We made an appointment with Alex which he was able to accommodate on 2 days. He was very punctual for our appointment time and very professional when in our home. He was able to do a full inspection and assess where the issue was. The big help was that it was on the city's side. Alex's report was done and sent to me later that same evening so that I could get it off to the city immediately. His timelines and thorough description of the issue was instrumental in proving to the city that this was their issue to deal with and they did get to it fairly quickly to ensure there was no other problems. I would highly recommend Alex if you need to have your pipes inspected by a camera.

Alex and his team are great. On time, fast and honest approach. Been using them for years and satisfied every time!!

Many thanks to Steve! Very polite and honest, he called the minute I posted my request, last night, offering to do the work. This morning he communicated promptly, arrived on time, and replaced the faucet within 30 minutes. He also checked another hose connection to a toilet tank for me. I highly recommend Steve. Steve was awesome! Fast, Friendly, professional and efficient.
Old leaking Fawcett was removed, pipes cut, new Fawcett that we provided was installed, soldered and anchored. We had the area cleared and cleaned. Steve was in and out in less than an hour. No more leaking!

shower had been dripping for a long time and was driving me crazy. Also needed an auxiliary shutoff valve as the old gate valve was 25 years old. Sent over Steve who sourced a new valve for the shower and installed everything in a couple of hours. Good guys.
