Payed 50% deposit #192..never came back to do the work and still sending a invoice .

Had Window Medics come to replace the glass in all my cottage windows. It is a Viceroy with over 30 windows. They were 1/4 the price of the competition and I was able to keep my wood window frames.
Great job completed within 2 months even with supply chain issues. Cleaned up everything. Installers very professional and hard working.
Have recommended their services and would do again.

I paid a 50% deposit for a simple storm window replacement at the start of March. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the materials. Now we are mid June and nothing has been done and they do not respond to my inquiries.

In October 2022, I contracted Window Medics to repair a broken crank handle on a window. I paid a deposit of 50%. Since then, I have gotten nothing but delaying tactics. The part is always going to be delivered next week, but when next week comes, it's next week again. This has been going on for more than four months now and the company refuses to return my deposit. They also refuse to provide proof that the part has even been ordered. My only recourse now is to sue through small-claims court. Do not trust this company, They will take your money, not deliver the promised service and refuse to return your deposit.

Although I was initially disappointed that there was a 3 week delay in the delivery of the 2 replacement thermal panes, I attribute that to a manufacturer capacity issue rather than a problem with the vendor/installer. I think it behooves us all to be patient and understanding during the challenges we face related to the pandemic.
All of the communication with Window Medics has been professional, courteous and timely. I am happy with the installation of the two thermal panes and I am optimistic that the defogged window will clear up soon. If it does not turn out to my satisfaction, I'm confident that they will make it right. If not I will edit my review. I'm quite pleased overall with price and service. Elijah and Nasir were a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend Window Medics to friends or family & I'm glad that I could support a small local business.
