Good experience with this company. Finish the kitchen is less then 3 weeks. I would gladly recommend this company to work with especially for the kitchen. Well done with the kitchen. Fast workers and respectful. Very comfortable price to work with.

NEVER go with this Sam and Jana (wife). The good ratings if any are left by people who got lucky where nothing went wrong. If anything ever goes wrong, these people wash their hands off of it and never will do anything to fix it. The only thing that is guaranteed is they will ignore your texts and calls.
Our story short:
Came to fix showerstand leak and renovate bathroom. Still leaked after reno, dripping to lower floor. They left it this way (see picture) and won't pick calls. Horrible company!

The final product it self was satisfactory, however, the measurements were off and smaller. They patched up to make it seem like the correct by putting in fillers. Not sure if it's a cost cutting strategy. Very rude when addressing concerns

Workers showed up at 7 pm and 9.30 pm to install the cabinets and countertops. one of your workers started yelling back at us for pointing out the deficiencies. The owner Sam, showed next day and started yelling using inappropriate language. Its been two months and the kitchen is still not completed. My family, with 2 kids have been eating out side. He doesn't answer any calls. I tollay regret choosing them to do my kitchen. Will not recommend at all to anyone.

Sloppy finish, left everything dirty with muddy hand prints, VERY rude. Worst customer service you can imagine. Sam's wife has no manners, she will nod her head and not include things in the contract but still charge you. Not only were the workers and other staff very rude, but don’t expect them to fix up anything once they get their money. They’re only nice when they want you to buy from them. They will also get mad if you give input. Workers left urine all over the toilet on my new bathroom. I regret getting my kitchen done by them I now have to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. Don’t recommend

Customer service is really bad and once you pay them the full amount they wont answer the phone. I wouldn't recommend these people. Please look some other options. Really bad service. Very disappointing with the product and the workers. I tried getting Sam and his wife on the phone but no luck.

Started out all good, signed a contract and clearly communicated what needs to be done and agreed upon. 1/4 of the way, job war rushed and done in a sloppy manner with workers (students/or people with no professional knowledge), when questioned about the sloppiness, he told me new order have arrived and cant spend too much time in one place. Doing it fast is good if its done right, that was not the case here. Eventually they stop showing up without a notice and when called they would simply say , "not coming today". Job was ragged and not done to satisfaction, he would raise his voice and walk out of job. Lot of comers were cut, had to fix what they have done with other contractors, that's how bad it was. There is no inspection or supervision done by any one, I would ever never touch this company with a 10 foot pole.

Bright wood kitchen has helped me get my dream kitchen just the way I wanted.They have also done an amazing job with their customized vanities for our washroom and cabinet for our family room. I loved their work and contribution towards giving you exactly what you want with an affordable price. Great service. Alot of kitchen designs to choose from. Brightwood was punctual, installed in the days they promised.
Kitchen looks wonderful, and the service was even better. They explained all my options, and gave me a kitchen that I am happy with.
