Contacted Mike and came to give me quote for interlock after negotiating a price said he would do my interlock, put up a gate at side of house, said he would do edging around my hedges and extend my patio in the backyard. After paying the deposit he started work on wed he digged up the front then on thurs he did interlock. When l returned home on thurs and saw that they completed the interlock, patio stones in back yard and put gate up at side of the house. I noticed that there was a crack in the interlock and that the gate latch was too low on the other side and that l had to go on my tippy toes to un hook latch and that the edging of the hedges wasnt done l mentioned to Mike that l wasnt happy, at which point he said that he wants to make me happy and that he would be back on friday to do the extra stuff and repair the stone that was chipped with the machine they used to pound and pack down the stone. He also said he would bring me my contract that was good for 5 years. Stupid me paid the rest of the money and friday and came and gone and Mike has not been here to do any repairs or adjustments! He left my driveway a mess on the thurs which he said he would also take care of that on friday. He stopped taking my calls, l would text him and get the run around, told him l would give him a week to make this right. After a week l texted him and told him l'm not happy even texted him a picture of my gate latch falling off hinges. Told him l'm going to report him to BBB and post ads on kijiji to warn other people about my experience at which point he got upset and sent me a nasty text saying l should be happy with the job my place looks a 1000 times better, thats not for him to decide I LIVE HERE NOT HIM. That same night he came here like a thief in the night and removed his sign from my property. I would not recommend using this company.
