The guys' at Empire Deck and Fence handled my project with great care and professionalism. We ran into a hick up in the road but they were very quick to come up with a solution to our problem. All in all i have only positive things to say about Z, Sia and Hayden the project manager. Lastly, their pricing is super competitive and they don't lack in craftsmanship abilities. All in all a happy customer. Thanks Fellas.

The main reason I would recommend this company is mainly because of the outstanding customer servive by their Project Manager "Hayden Brown". Whenever we had an issue or concern, he would deal with it swiftly and satisfactorly. As long as he remains with the company, you will be happy dealing with this company. SO many delays and under delivery. We had no consistency in management and promises were made and broken over and over. WE have yet to see this project completed, despite it being started last summer. This project is now completed despite all the bumps on the road, the company is aware that changes are to be made and are committed to improving the flow and increase satisfaction.

Empire deck was hired to rebuild my deck using composite materials. I have a raised deck, overhanging a walk-out basement, which added to the project complexity. The builders were skilled, hard working and professional in their work ethic. Also, they were very agreeable to address any issues that concerned me during or after the cheque was signed.

Met with Empire Deck representatives to design and build a new front deck that would be maintenance free. They provided different ideas and thoughts using my perceptions initially, the 3D rendering of the plan allowed for a visual perception of our ideas and was a valuable tool to making some adjustments with a resulting final plan. I found the various staff I dealt with very helpful and obliging and providing quick turn around for questions and changes. Now looking forward to the spring and the installation and enjoying my new deck in 2017.

No work apart from the engineering study was completed. The customer service shown during this process was excellent however.

It was a pleasure dealing with Empire for the construction of our deck. They listened to our needs and made recommendations within our budget. Their prices are competitive and their team was professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them in a heart beat! Very satisfied!!

They replaced our wooden deck railing with a see through glass structure. They were on time and on schedule. Looks 100% better.

We needed a raised flower bed and the grass around it replaced it with river stone. Empire Deck & Fence did a wonderful job. We would be happy to recommend Empire Deck.
