Ever since we moved into our home, we have been nothing but satisfied with the outcome. We have had no issues with the home in the 10 years of living here. We have referred many of our friends to Leo and have enjoyed a great relationship with him even years after building.

If we had known we were going to have so many problems, we would never have had this house built. Nine months after moving in, we still have lots that the builder needs to do. Our "garden" is a huge pile of dirt. Uninsulated above garage, therefore bathroom and bedrooms are cold. Had to wait almost 5 months after the promised completion date. Never again!!! (But we do have nice neighbours).
