Install a new bathroom downstairs. Installed a tankless water heater. Install kitchen plumbing. All done on a timely fashion, kept his time schedule that he set. Just excellent work done.
VERY pleased.

We always call perfection plumbing when we have a plumbing problem. We own a 60s bungalow and have experienced several plumbing issues related to leaks and renovations. Perfection plumbing is reliable, honest, and always finds affordable solutions.

Our hot water tank failed again for the fifth time in 5 years and we called Alif to help us out. He also fixed our hot water tank last time and we were very happy with our interaction with Perfection Plumbing. He is great to deal with, easy to get a hold of, professional and handles everything in a timely manner.

I had to get my basement upgraded to meet current permit levels and had to repair a bathtub faucet fixture to get ready to sell my home. Alif and his colleague were quick, easy to deal with and did a great job.

I called in a panic because my furnace would not work and my kids were starting to get very cold. Unfortunately, it was on a Saturday. Having heard great things about Alif and his company, I make a call. He responded right away and came out that day with the parts needed to make sure we could stay in our house that evening. It also prevented potential freezing of the pipes.
Alif was extremely helpful and you could tell he knew what he was doing.

We need a permit for the basement and plumbing inspection was required. I called this company and the owner did show up in a very short span of time to accomplish the job! Was on time and a very amiable stuff! They certainly rendered a very efficient and reliable service!

Alif, although very pleasant to work with, did an extremely poor job installing a tub and working on general plumbing in a guest bathroom. Multiple errors were made and issues caused including:
- Corner of tub got cracked on install
- Tub was not shimmed properly, resulting in it being unlevel. On further inspection, it was evident that shimming the feet of the tub (as were the manufacturer instructions) was not even done.
- The wrong adapter pipe for the style of tub faucet (that we had supplied) was used, resulting in us needing to use a different faucet.
- The tub faucet was not installed at the correct height, despite both an email clearly explaining where we wanted it installed, and sticky notes indicating the position on the wall.
- Instructions were not followed for proper installation of sink tap lines, resulting in improper placement. Alif kindly returned to fix this, however the pipes he 'fixed' broke the next day.
- Soldering work was sloppy. The pipes that broke clearly lacked soldering material all the way around.

The overall quality of this work was very disappointing.

Alif was a pleasure to deal with. He was always easy to get a hold of and was on top of getting the project done quote to finish in a timely manner. I am satisfied with his work and with how easy he was to deal with and talk to. Will deal with him again in the future of the need ever arise. Thanks Alif!
