On Tuesday evening, I arrived at home to find out we had no hot water. I tried lighting the pilot light on the hot water tank twice - no go. Alif from Perfection Plumbing came over to have a look that night and tried to help but, unfortunately, a new hot water tank was needed.

Luckily, he had availability the following night for us. He showed up at our house on time the following evening, ready to go, and very efficiently installed a brand new tank.

I was so happy with the service I received when using Perfection Plumbing & Gas Ltd. The job was for a kitchen and bath renovation that I was doing myself. Alif provided a reasonable quote, and the cost did not change once the job was done. I felt safe when in the home alone when he was here and he has a great sense of humour so he kept me chuckling. He was able to come up with some great pluming solutions for my bathroom. He is very professional and he cleans up after himself. I will and have recommend him for anyone looking for plumbing. They did a fantastic job! Friendly, professional, reasonable rates. However, where they really stood out was fixing a problem with the city inspector who didn't inspect everything needed...they were quick to respond to me, followed up with the inspector, kept me updated and got the matter resolved ASAP! We will definitely use them again in our next house renovations!!

Perfection Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend/contractor. I own an Interior Design Company and have now used them on 3 projects, 2 maintenance and 1 kitchen/bath renovation. They are quick to respond, they show up ready to work and are competitive in their rates. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing, gas or HVAC work.

Alif of Perfection Plumbing did an estimate for my plumbing job of a basement sink, and then he later performed the job. He was very friendly and explained the work, including answering a number of questions that I inquired about regarding the job. His estimate was quite a bit lower than other estimates I received, likely due to that the competitors were quoting 2 plumbers on the job rather than 1. (I was wondering why 2 plumbers were needed for a relatively small job). He also thoroughly explained the work he would be doing at the time of the initial estimate, so I made the decision to hire Perfection primarily on these 2 factors.

The job was well done, and the site cleaned up. The only negative was that Alif did come late due to his previous job, however he gave a discount for arriving late.

All in all, I was very happy with Perfection Plumbing & Gas, and would definitely recommend them.

I called up this morning and they sent someone out right away. Very professional. i am very pleased. Everyone else needed an appointment and would be charged a service call.

My husband is a handy man and usually like to stay away from plumbers or electricians becasue of some bad past experinces but I must say that Perfection plumbing is different and very helpful. We hired Alif for our powder room and kitchen sink plumbing. Alif make sure that everything is good and if there is anything went wrong, he won't hasitate to give that problem his 1st priority until it get fixed no matter how busy and tierd he was.

I appreciated that Alif explained the options that were available, and investigated several suppliers to try to find parts to go with the existing plumbing. He also looked over some work we had had done by another company and identified that it wasn't to code, so I was able to get that company to come back and fix the problem.
