Both Rob in sales and Isaac the site supervisor were easy to talk to and very responsive. Work started on time as promised. Completion took a bit longer than expected, but that was because issues came up and needed to be dealt with. They dealt with the issues to my complete satisfaction, and took the time to do it properly. The price was quite competitive, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Isaac took whatever time was required to do the job properly, and to explain what he was doing as well as seeking our input to ensure we were satisfied. Overall a very pleasant transaction, Isaac was exceptional, things went mostly to plan and schedule, and the end job was exactly what we were hoping for. A pleasure to deal with these folks, and would not hesitate to recommend, or hire them again. Our neighbours were so impressed with Isaac that he now has a couple more jobs to do before he can leave the area.
