I placed an order on December 24, 2019. After not receiving any updates from the company over a few weeks, I sent an email inquiring for an update. No response. I waited a couple more weeks and called. I managed to talk to a lady on the phone who notified me that the order had never been processed by their manufacturer. She apologized and said that she would fix it. It has now been another month (Feb 28) and I have not received any confirmation that my furnace has been made or shipped. I have emailed and called several times. Calls always go to voicemail. I have left several messages. I definitely would never use this company again.
