My name is Sarah, and I had two of your Team Members. Emerson and Scott, at my house today to remove my hot tub. Their superior customer service and overall friendly attitudes have prompted me to send this note. They were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they efficient and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond with their service. They were also incredibly courteous and very kind. I believe these two gentleman deserve recognition for their exemplary service. I will absolutely be using Just Junk again as a result of this experience. I was very impressed with these guys & would absolutely use them again. They had to haul an old Sony TV & heavy sofa out of the basement & did so with smiles on their faces. Their attitude was upbeat yet professional and they did the job very quickly. I highly recommend Just Junk.
