Hamilton Tree Service - Davey Tree Expert Company

Had a few trees cut down, some stumps ground, and some trimming done. The folks who did the work were wonderful and the quality of the work was very good. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the customer service side of things. On two consecutive days, I was promised a same-day callback (in relation to stump grinding) that never happened. On the third day, I called again. Suffice it to say that I was not treated as I would expect.
