We had been worried about the 50 foot spruce tree in our side yard for some time, as it and its somewhat shorter blue spruce companion were nicely in house-clobbering distance. We called Davey Tree for a quote, and arborist Steve came by to quote us. He was very helpful, and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and issued us a very reasonable and competitive quote.
The day of the removal came, and Reese, Jamie and Brendan arrived with wood chipper in tow. They were polite, friendly and very, very good at their job. Less than two hours later, the trees are gone, the site is absolutely spotless, and the stumps are nicely cut down to ground level. We were very impressed.
We would, without hesitation, recommend this company, and will definitely call them again when we need more work done.

Quick and reasonable quote to remove a very large birch tree, and trim a small birch tree.

At the operation day, Mike and Nate came with professional equipments, they are very nice persons. Since the large tree was very close to the fence and the house, they were very careful, tied in and chunking out. It took them over 5 hours to take it down.

Finally, they cleaned all debris out of my property. I'm very happy to have them to finish the job.

I had Davey tree Hamilton come out for the second time to remove a large damaged walnut tree. Price was reasonable and workers were professional, I would recommend Davey tree Hamilton to anyone.

Had a few trees cut down, some stumps ground, and some trimming done. The folks who did the work were wonderful and the quality of the work was very good. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the customer service side of things. On two consecutive days, I was promised a same-day callback (in relation to stump grinding) that never happened. On the third day, I called again. Suffice it to say that I was not treated as I would expect.

The guys did a great job removing my dead tree that was in a tricky location (over a pool and my neighbor). They were on-time, friendly, quick and efficient, and left no trace.

Our birch tree was in desperate need of trimming as several branch that were dead were hanging over our neighbours driveway. Retired and living off our pension we are careful with our pennies. Out walking we came across a Davey truck trimming a tree, we asked him what it might cost to trim our tree. He said they would be happy to send someone out to give us a quote with no obligation. Andrew came out a few days later and gave us a quote and we were pleasantly surprised as the cost was much lower then we had imagined. A few days later two very helpful young men came to do the work. They listened to what my husband wanted done and did an absolutely excellent job. They cleaned up including blowing off the neighbours driveway. I would highly recommend them as we were really pleased with the entire experience.

I have a huge maple tree that needed a big trim job. Andrew stopped by and suggested an aggressive trim that will last for 10 years. He is very knowledgeable. Tim and his crew worked from ropes as there is no access for a machine. We were blown away with their professionalism and the before and after pics are amazing. Tons more sun getting thru and we can actually see the sky now. I would not hesitate in calling them again if I need more tree work done. Thank you davey tree service !!!!

Big and hallow maple tree at the back is so dangerous to anyone and everything. Andrew’s quick response and his amazing crews, removed the tree so carefully and cleaned the area. Everyone are very professional and respectful. Wonderful job. Thank you all so much.
