Anthony Paving is a company which exemplifies the "old school" values of integrity, honesty, pride and craftsmanship. We had our driveway and walkways replaced this year. Phil listened to our concerns, patiently answered all our questions, gave us valuable advice and quoted a more than fair price. The paving crew completed the work quickly and professionally. Along with the new asphalt driveway, we had stone patios and walkways installed. Phil's hardscape crew, led by Ivan, worked tirelessly during some of the hottest days this summer. We relied on Phil's years of experience and Ivan's attention to detail, took their advice to change our design in ways we hadn't considered and we are very glad we did. The finished project -- a new driveway with side trim, new front patios and a continuous walkway across the driveway and down the side of the house has revitalized the look of the house. We have received many positive comments from neighbours. We wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Anthony Paving.

Explained process and quoted 2 prices...one for just paving with no extra excavation, other with deeper excavation due to clay in area. Other 3 neighbours paid a little more , no complaints. I was lucky. Great work and communication. Won’t be sorry, try them. Thanks !

We saw "Anthony Paving" signs in the neighbourhood and decide to give them a call to quote our driveway, along with a few other paving companies to get comparison quotes. We met with a few different representatives from their respective companies. When all was said and done we felt that Phil (Anthony Paving) presented the best option for us. Our choice was not strictly based on the price of the job, we took all aspects into account. We choose Anthony Paving because we felt that he listened and gave us the time so we could explain what our needs and expectations were along with competitive pricing.

We had some minor changes that we decided to do between the "removal and installation" of the new asphalt and Phil was happy to accommodate us. When they arrived for both the removal of old driveway and install of the new driveway the team was professional, friendly and made sure to clean up before leaving. Before Phil left he made sure to ask us if we were happy with the results and had any concerns or questions. We told him that we were happy and it was a pleasure working with him.

It was an overall positive experience having Phil and his team take on this task and present us with the finished product.

This company is fantastic, hands down the best paving company in the business. So much so that they actually give the industry a good name! Phil and his team were excellent to deal with, courteous and professional, on time and very clean! Phil even identified some issues with grading that he was able to slove and best of all never complained once about the work that was involved! Pricing was extremely competitive, but when you factor in his quality no one comes close. Don't bother shopping around, sometimes a cheaper quote ends up costing more money.

Anthony Paving was recommended to us for our driveway finishing and after reading online reviews and we called to get a quote. The price was a competitive with others we called, but more importantly Phil was informative and cordial on the phone as was his father who came by to check on the site, so we moved forward. Our home is at the end of a cul de sac with an island, so it made it a bit tricky to get to, but the crew managed that without much issue and did the work swiftly and efficiently. We had 2 layers done at once - coarser below and smoother on top, for a total of 4 inches compacted. Our landscaper had already installed the paving stones on the sides and the crew did a fantastic job of paving to those stones to their level without damaging anything. 2 weeks in and it still looks great with no issues. We would recommend Anthony Paving as everyone was great to deal with and they did quality work.

Anthony Paving Co. Ltd are a local family owned company that exceeded all of my expectations. They were fast, efficient and did an amazing job paving my driveway after I had to get some pipes replaced earlier in the year. They swung by for a free quote shortly after I reached out and made the whole process easier than I anticipated. Sometimes hiring constructions crews can be intimating for a first time home owner like myself, but the entire crew was incredibly friendly and most importantly... great at what they do! If you need something paved, support a local company that has been doing it since 1956 for a reason, it’s cause their the best in Toronto!

Phil and crew did an outstanding job with removal and putting in of a new driveway. From start, Phil was very easy to correspond with, provided a very prompt response to the request for a quote and was accommodating in working with us to schedule the work around other smaller projects we had on the go this Summer. Most importantly was the quality of the workmanship and how professional Phil was throughout the experience. Thank you.

So i had Phil and his crew redo my driveway not a big job. They showed up at 0730 and finished just before 1 pm attention to detail is there from the vehicles and equipment having pylons in front of it. Polite even with the neighbors driving up and down the street. Clean clean clean i was always told before dosen't matter how good of a job you do the first thing they will see and remember is how clean you left it. Would i recommend them most definitely already had a few neighbors wanting there number.
