Ultimate Finished Concrete Services

We were looking to renovate our back yard. Called a couple of concrete companies, some were overpriced others did not return calls. From the start, UFC communicated and returned my calls, which was fabulous! Through the process, they had suggestions as well brought up issues and worked with is to find solutions, which was great because this showed that they wanted to ensure our satisfaction with the job. In the end, the patio and path turned out beautifully! Thanks UCF, fabulous Job!

screwed us over! I have photos to post later but our finished product was chunks missing out of the stairs, hump in the middle of the landing, bows out at the sides...a disaster. Now he's saying that he's never done business with us and yet we have proof. We will never stop warning people about his so called workmanship and lack of honesty. And we knew him personally. We can’t say enough good things about Ultimate Finished Concrete! This was our first endeavor personally hiring a trade to complete work at our residence. With trades in Calgary being very hit or miss we were originally nervous about hiring a contractor. The level of customer service, fair pricing, great communication and quality of work was fantastic. Paul’s team showed up on the day’s scheduled and completed work in a timely manner in a very busy market. They were professional and always available to answer all of our questions. Outstanding attitude, service, and work quality. It was so refreshing to find a company this professional and gracious. If you live in Calgary you know service from "the Trades" is very hit and miss. Even though UFC was as busy as any other contractor in the city they kept their schedule promises, contacted us by phone for updates and even showed up at 8:00 am Saturday morning to finish the cleanup so the house would be back to normal for the weekend.
