I had a separate contactor clean my dryer vent and the technician discovered that there was a potential issue with the dryer and recommended Valley View Appliances to further investigate. I contacted them and they were dispatched a couple days later. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to diagnosed the issue quickly, order the parts, and came back to install the defective dryer element. I also had Steve diagnose a potential range issue we were also experiencing and he showed me how to properly maintain the range. He also went beyond to properly clean the appliances while they were disassembled. Very knowledgeable in answering the questions I had, showed and explained to me on how to properly maintain my appliances, honest, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Valley View Appliances. I contacted Valley View based on on-line reviews. I booked an appointment on-line and received a follow up call to confirm and provide further details. This process was very efficient. Steve, the owner, came and initially did an quick diagnosis and evaluation, after which he provided options regarding repair or replacement. We decided on the repair and he replaced the pulleys and belt, as well as vacuuming the accumulated lint. He also recommended replacing the vent hose and having the vent professionally cleaned. Steve was very professional and pleasant. He was very upfront regarding the condition of both the dryer and the washer. The pricing was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. We were also provided with an update regarding arrival time. I would highly recommend this company.

Always super happy with Valley Views service calls. Techs are awesome, honest and reliable. Even though current issue wasnt able to be resolved due to non availability of part, I feel confident that all options were explored to try to resolve it. Tech offered advice on improving and maintaining other appliances while in the house.
