He can diagnose and fix problems much quicker then any other repair person that we have encountered or heard about. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Steve arrived when he said he would. Very friendly. He had the diagnosis complete within about 20 minutes. Motor was gone. He quoted me to replace the motor which he had in his truck. The cost to replace the motor in a 13 year old dryer was almost the same as buying a new dryer. Needless to say, I decided on a new dryer. I then asked Steve what he would have done if it were his dryer and he told me he would do exactly what I'm doing. I was impressed by that, as it ultimate cost him over $400 of business. He could have pushed to do the repair, but he was honest in telling me what he felt was the best decision. I really appreciate being able to do business with honest, honorable people.

Wade removed my old wall oven and installed my new one. He was on time for the appointment and did an outstanding job. He was very careful and respectful of the property and very efficient. I am pleased to recommend his work and would be happy to use his services in the future .

Dishwasher had lost power part way through a cycle. The technician from Valley View was very thorough in checking the dishwasher and identified a less than satisfactory initial installation that had meant that some wires had come loose and was able to restore power to the dishwasher.

Not only did Steven check my washer (which will need to be replaced), but he also took a look at my dryer and advised me on my stove which has an electronic problem. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use Valley View Appliances again.

Had a semi large amount of water coming out the bottom of the washer. Steve checked absolutely every possible problem target. Found a hidden tear in the boot seal around the door ( front load washer ) had brought one with him as this is a common issue with age. Washer is over 4 years old. While washer was out, he also vacuumed back there as well.

We have used Valley view on 4 different occasions, 3 different houses, all for different appliances. Always courteous , upfront, and professional.

$431 may seem expensive but most of the price is the cost of the boot seal. Still cheaper than a new washer!
