We had a issue after the job was finished and Youri is in contact with us to fix the same. I will further up the rating when Issue is fixed by Youri :)
Driveway - Exposed Concrete
We hired Legendary contracting to get our driveway done since Youri gave us one of the cheapest quote and he promised to get the job done as soon as possible. But once the driveway was dug and the initial installment was paid, he stopped answering phones etc. We were stuck and since we wanted the job to get done we waited patiently for the work to be over. In the end the workmanship for the JOB turned out to be below average as Youri was always in a hurry while onsite and just wanted to finish the job and ignored a lot of important things like when to POWER wash and how much pressure to apply on CONCRETE etc. I had to cut the final installment payment due to poor workmanship and the delays caused by the company. We did only pay Youri rest of the dues since he promised 3 years warranty on his work and convinced us that nothing else would happen after and he would fix the issue if anything happens, he even wrote it on the contract. Guess what, after just 2 months we have a very prominent CRACK on the concrete and have been trying to contact YOURI multiple times to get it fixed but he is not answering calls or returning any message since last 2 weeks. I hope my reviews help someone make a calculated decision to give Legendary contracting your project or not.
- Don't fall for cheapest quote or any fake promises.
I am ready to work with Youri to get the issue resolved but seems like he do not care for any customer concerns etc.
