Found Yuri on Marketplace and its a good thing I did! My moms stamped concrete steps had settled over time and needed repair as it was making the steps difficult to climb. When I contacted Yuri, he was responsive and kind enough to come to the house and see the project. He gave me different options at different price points as well as the pros/cons for each option! This was awesome as it helped to choose the right option for our needs/budget. Once we picked the right option for us, Yuri let us know the process and communicated each step to us so we were in the know.

The rebuilt steps and resealing the old concrete to match the new steps came outy awesome and my mom couldnt be happier!

We were looking to have our old driveway redone in exposed concrete. Weve seen work done by Concrete Doctors in our neighborhood and decided to get a quote. Yuri came out and listened to our requirements and provided suggestions and a written quotation. Hes very knowledgeable and explained in detail what would be done. We were surprised and expected them to come in much higher than other contractors. The installation crew arrived on time, were friendly and Yuri kept us informed all the way through. They completed the work with minimal disruption to us. The work has been completed as promised and we are extremely pleased, looks amazing and our house shows out on the street and weve received numerous compliments. A huge thank you and kudos to the entire team at Concrete Doctors, they are professional, knowledgeable, fast, reliable and experts in their field. We highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

I have a stamped concrete walkway that had cracks, sections separated, and sunken away from the foundation. It had completely lost
it's curb appeal over the last 20 year. Youri and his team did a beautiful finesse job of restoring the walkway and adding a border to give it

I was interested in finishing my garage floor with jewel stone and after. Calling three or four companies I ended up choosing LEGENDARY CONTRACTING. Youri quoted me a fair price of $5000 which I agreed upon and told me that the job would be completed in two days time. Youri walked me through some options for the floor which was helpful, The pattern, colour, and finish all turned out great I’m very pleased with the quality of work. I will be calling him back when I need my driveway done.

Had these guys do my patterned deck in the summer of 2020, deck liked great last summer. This year after the snow had melted there were white spots all over the deck where the sealer failed leading to chipping concrete. He was supposed to come fix it early March and even setup a date and time, never showed up and has not returned messages or phone calls since. Avoid this company at all costs, the positive reviews are his friends.

Youri is the owner of this business, and will do whatever he can to take your money, but you'll never get a hold of him after paying.

Youri showed me a job and told me this is what I'll get, and quoted me $20k for my backyard and front driveway. He told me job will be done in 5 days. 2 months later and I'm still sitting with an unpaved driveway.

He's great at taking your money and will keep asking you for more. But does not do the work.

Nothing in my backyard was levelled properly before pouring, and now I have random humps everywhere, the sides are not straight, and its an eye sore to look at because he used 2 different companies for cement that he poured in the backyard alone...Not only that but then the sides and stairs he used a completely separate company, now i have 3 types of cement poured connected to each other, and theres nothing he'll do to fix it.

I have his confession on video stating he "saved $90/cubic meter" by using a cheaper cement company than what he promised me...He did not use any joint expansion foam, did not place any mesh on the sides, and the jobs an absolute disaster.

He agreed to 1/3rd as a deposit, 1/3rd in the middle, and 1/3rd when the job is done as payment terms, and now to finish the job he wants "$2,000 more" and also wants the money up front, and has threatened to otherwise leave it as is. He took all of his equipment and just left.

Right now hes' taken $14,000/$20,000 and left my driveway unfinished, took his stuff and left saying hes not coming back.

Please avoid this guy at all costs, don't go for the reviews by his friends and family

Juri did an amazing job on my steps and driveway. All my neighbours love it. It really looks awesome !! He was also the best price in town. Great work !!
