Zane did a great job. He was on time (actually a few minutes early and that never happens with repair technicians!), polite, personable, and replaced our smoke detectors promptly. Thanks Zane!

Problem with a smoke detector chirping in spite of changing the batteries. After a sleepless night, Proline sent someone out to replace the detector that day. The electrician was excellent!

We contacted Proline Electric to replace the dining room light fixture and kitchen electric fan/ lights which had some connection issue. The first business we called in St. Albert had no response to either calls or messages left in their website. Zane and Sheldon were prompt, professional, friendly and fast workers. All our questions were answered and explained. Because I was impressed with the excellent service, I asked for quotes to do a complete aluminum wiring repairs which was long due, and install a new electrical panel without getting other quotes as I normally do for major jobs I need done. The quotes were fair and reasonable, so we went ahead with the jobs. Eric and Sheldon came this time , texted 30 minutes before arriving and send email reminders the day before with picture of the electrician doing the job. Eric and Sheldon were quite knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. There were two minor issues the day before but were corrected right away by Eric when he came back the next day to finish the job. He even changed a non GFCI outlet in front of the garage which I assumed was included with the quote just to make his customers happy and satisfied. Replacement of the electrical panel and installation of a pendant light over the kitchen sink was scheduled a day later. Both worked hard all day barely taking their lunch breaks. Everything was done on time and efficiently. The new breakers were re-labeled and explained by Eric. I highly recommend Proline Electric , their staff provide an exceptional and excellent service. I will definitely call them again for any electrical jobs.

The team from Proline was great. They repaired a broken pot light, relabeled the electric panel, removed a couple of broken light bulbs from a ceiling fan (homeowner not able to use a step ladder) and installed two new smoke detectors. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

After a city inspector told us we had exposed wires under our electrical meter I called Proline Electric for a quote and advice on how it could be fixed. Dan was able to come on site to give us a quote and in less than 3 weeks it was repaired. Everyone was very polite, organized and efficient. We are very grateful that the repairs were done with minimum disruption.

This co.did an excellent job installing new pot lights and pendant lights in my kitchen and living area. They explained everything and had good suggestions. Even vacuumed after they were done!

We needed some additional lighting in our basement and a couple exterior power outlets for basic LED lighting and security cameras. Dan and his partner did a great job and I would certainly recommend Proline.

Phoned for request for a quote on Thursday and the work was completed Friday!! Eric and Zane were very efficient and pleasant to work with. They removed the old stove hood and installed the new appliance,
ensured that it was working and cleaned up the work area when work completed. We are very pleased with the service we received. Our overall experience with Eric and Zane was excellent.
