I Submitted my request on a Saturday and had the gas dryer and BBQ hooked up hours later! Jack provided professional speedy service and I would definitely recommend Active Air and Jack.

We had Active Air look at our air conditioner that had stopped working. The problem was identified and the company's crew fixed it within a couple of days. The cost of the repair was very fair! I can only recommend this company! Some of their competitors are only too eager to replace an older system and don't want to be bothered with repairs!

Active Air team arrived this morning as promised. They diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner promptly and resolved the issue within an hour. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Jack personally looked after us on a weekend in the middle of the winter with no heat! Weekend service repair / replacement for thermostat and we have returned to ActiveAir for our furnace and a/c upgrades and maintenance every time, ever since.

My aircon pipe was clogged and water was dripping. Called up Mr. Jack kelly of Active Air as he installed my brand new ac condenser last year. He is easy to talk to and a gentleman. Was pleased with his job so far and would recommend him.
