Simply Floors

We hired Simply Floors to install and seal tile that we had purchased from another supplier. The install and layout was satisfactory but they did not follow manufactures specifications and/or recommended products. When they sealed the tiles they used the wrong product and completely damaged the surface of the tiles. They will not stand behind their install and refused to take any accountability regarding this matter.

Work was well done and on time as promised. Felt the cost for the removal and install of engineered hardwood was higher than necessary for the size of the job (3'x14' area)

We used Simply Flooring for a main floor hardwood renovation. They were fantastic. Yves provided a prompt and accurate quote and followed up with us a few weeks later. The installer was Mike and he was super professional and did an amazing job. The workmanship was superb. No complaints. We went by to the Okotoks showroom to thank them and they were sweet enough to provide free a cleaning/maintenance kit and some fantastic advice on tiling. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. No hesitation with recommending them!

A small town experience most definitely, very helpful staff and also extremely knowledgeable about the products. Appreciate being allowed to take home flooring samples to match colours. A great experience overall!
