Alex was outstanding from initial quotation to final quality check. I would work with him and his company again in a heartbeat.

Our job was very complex - he was knowledgable, attentive, direct and honest, and ultimately delivered exactly what he promised (something very very rare with contractors). His crew were also outstanding - prompt, helpful, willing to go the extra mile for the final punch list.

Northshield were more expense than other quotes we got. But the quality of his product and his work was amazing, and we have no regrets.

We contacted Northshield in about July 2022. Very soon after this, Alex came over to the house to look at the 4 windows, 2 doors and back sliding door that we needed replaced. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us all the options we had which made it easy for us to decide on what we wanted.

A few months later (today), Vitaly and his team came over first thing in the morning and got right to work. They were also very professional and even addressed a concern we had with one of the door handles which they fixed right away. After they were done, Vitaly showed us how everything worked.

My wife and I realized soon after buying our home that the windows throughout the house would need replacing. The home was close to 20 years old and the glass in many suffered from constant condensation between the panes and the casings were old weathered and very susceptible to drafts. Im addition the windows were out of date and not to our taste. We contacted North Shield after doing our research and coming across a number of excellent reviews. Alex returned our call promptly and arranged to come give us an estimate immediately. Aside from being friendly and punctual Alex was knowledgeable and offered an excellent explanation of our options and returned to us with a fully priced out quote within the week. We did get quotes from several other well reviewed providers all of whom were delayed in following up with us and all were thousands of dollars over the North Shield quote. Alexs installation team came to do final measurements and we were sold! To our surprise given the many supply chain shortages these days Alex and his team were right in schedule with our new windows and installation took a single day. The installation team was friendly quiet incredibly professional and did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. The windows are beautiful and change the entire feel of the interior of our home and have totally updated the exterior. We are delighted with the final product and we would recommend North Shield highly!

The crew from NorthShield Windows and Doors completed an excellent installation, and they provided us an excellent product, from start to finish they were amazing, on time, very efficient, they cleaned up at the end of the day, the consultant that came in to price the job was on the ball, he knew how to refer to the building code where necessary, provided us more than one option and good advice, if we had any questions in regards to the job, they answered the phone or returned our call or email.
