North Shield Windows And Doors

I use many different contractors for various projects for my job, including window and doors companies. Then I found North Shield when we wanted to replace all of our windows a few years ago. They did an excellent job installing them. They were fast, professional and they paid attention to details. Windows are great and we have had no problems with them.
We were finally ready to replace our front and back doors and naturally we used North Shield.
They did an excellent job installing them, just like they did with the windows. They even went the extra mile to have the locks keyed the same without me having to ask them.
The service we received from sales to installation was a great experience. They are honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with.
I would recommend them to my family, friends and I will use them for my projects.

After researching various door and window Mfg. I selected North Shield to replace my 3 French style doors accompanied by stationery doors on either side as well as 9 windows.

Their Sales Rep. arrived with samples and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the best product to meet my requirements. Throughout the process I had a trust and confidence with the Rep. as we discussed the pros and cons of each unit until I was completely satisfied with the choices selected.

Their quote was competitive with the others received but based on the above I choose North Shield and was not disappointed. Delivery and installation was scheduled exactly when they said.

The Installation team was polite, diligent very clean and tidy. They worked with me during the installation and trim work to ensure I was completely satisfied.

While the installation crew were working, I took it upon myself to repair my front door myself that was not part of the project. The repair proved more involved and demanding than I had imagined. Fortunately for me the Sales Rep. was in the area and unexpectant stopped by to check on his team and installation. He noticed my struggle and without hesitation jumped right in to help until the repair was complete....above and beyond doesn't quite do it justice!

I couldn't be more pleased with the overall quality of the product and the installation experience and I would highly recommend North Shield without hesitation to anyone looking for a similar experience.

We called North Shield Windows and Doors last Fall, and Alex came to our house to provide a quote. He showed us samples of his windows and after explaining in detail what was involved, we chose his company over 3 other quotes that we received. They were not the cheapest, but we felt confident in the product we were shown. Due to the winter conditions they did not proceed with the installation until April. They showed up on time, worked diligently through the day and completed the project the same day. We were more than pleased with the result.

They replaced all of our windows and patio door. The sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was done very well, quickly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the installation. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had all Windows & Patio Door replaced in the fall of 2022 as my old windows were kind of leaky and worn out. Alex offered up his suggestions and I took all his recommendations.
This winter I could really experience the difference with nice warmer house and lower heating costs.
I remember the Installers were also very also very polite and respectful when they were doing the installation.

Couldnt be happier with quality and installation. Installation was done properly with proper insulation around the windows. No point in having new windows If they arent installed correctly because they leak around the frames. The sales and install crew were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and clean. Replacing windows is a big investment and you want to make sure you do it right. Already noticed a massive difference with heat retention and sound deadening. Trust me when I say you wont be disappointed with Northshield. Im glad my neighbor recommend them to me.
