I hired this company to do an inspection on a town house I was looking at. I was really happy that I chose them, they were on time and did a great job! The reports were detailed and easy to understand.

I am very happy with the inspection done by this company! It was only about a 2 hour long inspection but they checked the interior of the unit and the external areas around the building, including the roof and parking space. It was just a general physical inspection but I was very happy with it, it was an easy process.

I heard about this company from a friend and am very happy that I went with them. I am happy with their reports that they made on the house after the inspection. They inspected the entire house and I am satisfied with the job that was done. Thanks again!

This Company inspected the roof and the walls of a property I was looking into. One of my friends recommended this company to me and I thought they did a decent job. The man I worked with was good, always on time and followed up. In the end, I wanted a detailed report but many things were missing. He told me there was a leak in one of the washrooms but I didn’t receive information on many other parts of the house. I also believe that any inspection company should mention what kind of neighborhood the house is located in and what surrounds the house (i.e. creeks, high voltage power lines etc.)

Ocean Home Inspections did a home inspection for a potential purchase of mine, a condo. They inspected the entire interior of the condo, they were very professional and detailed. They were punctual and did a great job with the inside of the condo but I wish they had given us a walk around of the exterior. I found this company online and I would recommend them to a friend.
